“I enjoyed my mission trip with Jan and Kevin. We developed relationships with those in the churches, even through the language barrier. I remember Kevin asking us to go down the street and pray for the neighbors. I wasn’t sure what or how so I just started by laying hands on the fences and praying over the people inside. I prayed for families, their health, and that they would come to Jesus. My Mexican sisters followed my example and began praying. To hear people praying for their neighbors in Spanish as I was praying in English gave me a sense of belonging to the Kingdom. We met a family that was home and a conversation ensued.
